How do I pay
We accept credit cards (convenience fees apply). A credit card is needed for the damage deposit on any bouncy castle units.
E-transfer's can be used to pay for the balance owing on your booking, if you choose this option you will need to contact our team to set up your e-transfer.
Cash is accepted before set-up of any kind on site. Must have cash in hand and ready to pay upon our teams arrival (only within Edmonton city limits).
When do I need to pay?
For our Bouncy Castle ;
A non-refundable* booking deposit of $50 via credit card at the time of booking to reserve any unit (bounce house).
For events of more than $1500 a deposit of 20% on the total amount will be required.The balance due for any booking must be paid two (2) days before your event date
For our services ;
A non-refundable* booking deposit of $20 at the time of booking to reserve services.
For events of more than $1500 a deposit of 20% on the total amount will be required.
The balance due for any booking must be paid two (2) days before your event date.
*non-refundable deposit can be refunded only if the cancellation is due to both the customer and company agreeing the weather is unfavourable for the unit or service which was booked.
What happens if it is raining the day of my event?
As weather is unpredictable in Alberta as we all know here is how we proceed
If you have not yet received a unit/service and it is raining near the time of your event (within 1 hour of your event) you may cancel with no fees, non refundable deposit will be returned to the payment method you used within 7-10 business days.
If you have received your unit and it starts to rain we ask that you simply remove the blower from the rain to avoid it breaking. We ask to wait about a half hour to see if the rain is just passing by. If rain persists please contact us and we can assess what the best option would be.
For services we do ask that you see if you have a space inside as all of the services outside of the bouncy castles can easily function inside. If no indoor area's are available we ask to wait about a half hour to see if the rain is just passing by. If rain persists please contact us and we can assess what the best option would be.
